Communities & Neighborhoods Worth Exploring

These are just a few of the great communities I'd recommend exploring. Each has its own character, and within every community are neighborhoods I particularly like—and others I'd approach differently. After 37 years of looking at properties throughout the region, I've learned that where you buy within a community can matter as much as which community you choose. Ask me where, and I'll tell you why.

Traditional stucco estate home on a generous lot with open sky in Granite Bay

Granite Bay

Placer County

Granite Bay is known for its beautiful custom homes and estates, generous lots, established neighborhoods, and exceptional surroundings. Granite Bay Golf Club is a major attraction, with several other excellent courses nearby. Add Folsom Lake, the highly sought-after Eureka Union schools for grades K–8, and Granite Bay High School—rated 10/10 by GreatSchools as checked October 22, 2026—and there's a lot to like. But choosing the right location within Granite Bay still matters.

Tudor Revival home with a brick facade and lush front garden in an established Roseville neighborhood

Roseville

Placer County

Roseville has grown into one of the region's most complete cities, with extensive shopping, dining, medical facilities, parks, and recreation. Its real estate offers remarkable variety, from established neighborhoods to newer master-planned communities and custom homes. I've watched Roseville grow for decades, and knowing the differences between its neighborhoods can make a substantial difference in finding the right home.

Folsom Lake in Folsom, California

Folsom

Sacramento County

Folsom combines a historic downtown with newer neighborhoods, excellent recreation, Folsom Lake, the American River, and an extensive trail system. Its housing choices range from established neighborhoods with mature trees to newer developments with modern floor plans. There are plenty of reasons people are drawn here, but the individual neighborhoods offer very different experiences.

Gold River

Sacramento County

Gold River is one of the Sacramento region's more distinctive planned communities. Mature landscaping, attractive neighborhoods, convenient access to the American River Parkway, and a variety of housing styles give it a character all its own. I lived here for more than 25 years, so I know firsthand that there's considerably more to Gold River than you might notice on a quick drive through.

Real Estate Is in My Blood

My mother raised four boys alone after my father, a decorated Marine, passed away when I was 12. She built a nearly 50-year career in real estate, and I grew up surrounded by it. Honesty, honor, duty, and hard work were not just words in our house. They were how we lived.

After 37 years and over 1,000 transactions, that fire has not dimmed. I love business, meeting new people, and everything that real estate involves: finance, problem solving, negotiating, architecture, and making people happy.

My mission: to give my clients the ultimate positive real estate experience and make their lives better through successful homeownership.
