Neighborhood Guides
Your Local's Guide to the Region
Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties, neighborhood by neighborhood. Here is where I would live, and why.
A Note Before You Dig In
I've worked this region for 37 years and closed more than a thousand homes across Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties. These guides are not marketing pages written from a spreadsheet. They are my honest, local's take on each community: the character no spreadsheet can capture, the trade-offs nobody mentions, the pockets of value, and the spots only locals know. Start with the neighborhoods below, and when one feels right, call me and we will dig into the specifics. I will show you the best of the best properties and tell you the highs and lows of each. Be patient and we will find the perfect home. Have Questions about any area or pocket of homes? I've been there, walked it and I know it. Call and let's chat.
If you don't see a community or neighborhood you're interested in shown here, let me know and I'll make a custom one for you, even if it's just a street in a neighborhood.
I'll know it.
